The refined and intimate spaces of our restaurant have been created by restoring and carving out some of the old rooms of the historic Palazzo della Signoria in Talamello.

These are small rooms arranged on different levels, carved into the natural rock, with exposed stone walls and ancient oak beams.
As you explore the dining areas, you’ll also find the old pits once used to age the traditional cheese typical of our region.

Our cuisine celebrates the rich local gastronomic tradition, using only fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the surrounding hills.
